Manager / Senior Manager – Business Development

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Transactions & Leasing:

    • Identify, build, and cultivate relationships with local, regional,

    national, and international landlords and tenants.• Identify, build, and cultivate relationships with local, regional,

    national, and international landlords and tenants.• Maintain regular contact with Tenant Representatives to identify

    new opportunities, understand leasing requirements, and monitor

    upcoming concepts for lease-up potential.• Maintain regular contact with Landlords and their Representatives

    to track leasing activities, trends, and available opportunities.• Act as landlord/seller agent and negotiate business terms and

    conditions for commercial office space.

  2. Business Development & Sales• Generate profitable new revenue and achieve agreed sales targets.

    • Build and expand new markets across segments; generate back-to-

    back deals and demand-led opportunities.• Negotiate and close deals with formal quotes and proposals.• Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and pipelines.• Interact with landlords, builders, brokers, and investors to create

    deal opportunities.• Develop and maintain top-level relationships with designated

    accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth.• Align goals for the team and ensure sustained revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Administration• Strong 3-7 years of B2B, B2C sales experience.
