Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly energetic and execution-focused Events Manager to

lead event planning, client engagement, and experience delivery across

centres.

This role will be responsible for designing and executing community events, client

engagement programs, corporate gatherings, festive activations, and premium

client-specific experiences that strengthen community, improve retention, and

generate additional revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Planning & Execution

    a. Own and drive the end-to-end event lifecycle across all centres

    b. Plan and execute:

    c. Community engagement events

    d. Networking sessions & startup meetups

    e. Workshops, wellness sessions, and masterclasses

    f. Corporate & enterprise client events

    g. Leadership roundtables and curated experiences

    h. Festive and cultural activations

    i. Ensure high-quality, consistent execution standards across centres

  2. Client Engagement & Experience

    a. Act as the primary point of contact for client-driven events

    b. Partner with enterprise clients to design customized event experiences

    c. Drive member engagement, satisfaction, and retention

    d. Build strong relationships with clients, community members, and

    centre teams

  3. Vendor & Budget Management

    a. Source, onboard, and manage vendors across décor, catering, AV,

    entertainment, production, etc.

    b. Negotiate commercials and ensure cost efficiency

    c. Manage event budgets, approvals, and spend tracking

    d. Ensure vendor quality, timelines, and service standards

  4. Revenue & Partnerships

    a. Identify opportunities to drive event-led revenue (ticketed events, paid

    experiences)

    b. Build brand partnerships and sponsorships

    c. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to monetize events and enhance

    visibility

  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    a. Work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and HR teams for

    seamless execution

    b. Align event initiatives with broader business and client objectives

  6. Operations & Reporting

    a. Maintain a centralized event calendar across all centres

    b. Track and report:

    i. Event performance

    ii. Attendance & engagement metrics

    iii. Client feedback

    iv. ROI and overall impact

    c. Drive continuous improvement in event quality and experience

    standards

    Required Experience & Skills

    ? 4–8 years of experience in event management, hospitality, coworking, or

    corporate events

    ? Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

    ? Experience handling multi-location / multi-site operations

    ? Strong stakeholder management and ownership mindset

    ? Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

    ? Commercial awareness (budgeting and revenue orientation preferred)
