Role Overview:

To ensure accurate MEP costing, tracking, and control during execution to avoid

cost overruns and billing leakages.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed MEP BOQs and quantity validation
2. Validate drawings against quantities and execution scope
3. Support MEP costing for client pitches and proposals
4. Track Budget vs Actual vs Committed costs for MEP scope
5. Conduct site measurements and verify contractor/vendor bills
6. Prepare client MEP package bills and commercial documentation
7. Identify scope variations and prepare cost impact analysis
8. Ensure all MEP variations are approved and billed accurately
9. Work closely with MEP Design, Project Managers, and Procurement teams
10. Maintain BOQs, billing records, and cost trackers

    Required Experience & Skills

    ? Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Quantity

    Surveying

    ? 6–8 Years of experience in MEP quantity surveying and billing

    ? Strong understanding of MEP systems and execution practices

    ? Excellent coordination and cost control capabilities

    ? Strong documentation and billing accuracy skills
