We are seeking a Quadient Lead/Arch with 8 years of experience and  responsible for defining, designing, and leading enterprise?scale Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions using the Quadient platform. This role owns end?to?end solution architecture, drives technical strategy, leads delivery teams, and ensures high?quality, scalable, and compliant customer communications across print and digital channels.

Requirements: 

Platform & Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands?on experience with Quadient CCM platforms (Inspire / CCM suite)
  • Expertise in document composition, personalization, and communication workflows
  • Experience working with XML, JSON, SQL, flat files, and hierarchical data models
  • Good understanding of scripting, rules engines, and document automation
  • Experience with on?prem, hybrid, and cloud deployments

Architecture & Delivery Experience:

  • Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise CCM architectures
  • Strong understanding of performance, scalability, and high?volume batch processing
  • Experience leading large or multi?project CCM engagements
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models

Nice to Have:

  • Domain experience in insurance
  • Exposure to DevOps / CI?CD pipelines for CCM platforms
  • Experience migrating from legacy CCM tools (Documaker, Smart COMM), etc
