Salesforce (Copado) + selenium(Playwright) 65992

We are looking for a Salesforce (Copado) + selenium(Playwright) with 6 years to 10 years of experience in QA/testing,focused on Salesforce and atleast 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado. The role also requires a consultative mindset to help improve test pass rates by optimizing automation design and QA processes.

Requirements:

• Lead the design and implementation of robust test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.
• TFamilarity with tests salesforce implementations using Copado for quality assurance through automated and manual.
• Experience in QA Engineer testing Salesforce and Agentforce implementations using Copado through automated and manual validation to ensure deployment quality and reliability
• Good to have Broadridge platform experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Migrate automated test cases from Selenium to Copado (CRT) and complete remaining automation backlog
• Develop and optimize Copado automated test scenarios for Salesforce applications
• Analyze and improve test stability and pass rates
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
• Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to the existing QA team
• Act as an extension of the client’s QA automation team

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)
• Proven experience in migrating test cases to Copado Automation
• Experience improving automation test pass rates and stability and drive towards this
• Exposure to Salesforce Platform and having done testing for applications built on the same
• Ability to provide consulting-led process optimization

Good-to-Have Skills

• Prior Selenium automation experience
• Test data management for Salesforce
• Agile/Scrum QA delivery experience
