Job Description
Role: Technical Lead – Full Stack Lead (Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Security, Performance, React Native, Database & DevSecOps)
Experience: 7+ Years
Job Purpose
He/ She is a full stack lead with Front end and Backend skills. Lead the Engineering group and related tasks on APIs and Microservices. Ability to understand the system, troubleshoot and ability to code and lead the team and take over completely responsibility from the coding perspective and be responsible for very high Quality.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for design complex system, understand sub-system and integrations
- Responsible for designing API’s, Microservices and batch programs meeting quality and timeliness goals.
- Help build CI/CD pipeline to manage release to SIT, UAT and Prod environments
- Review team code and make sure it complies with the best coding practices
- Ensure adequate documentation included in code for future maintainability
- Continuously develop self and team capability in line with improvements / changes in backend technology
- Understand the workflow of existing application
- Participate in daily scrums
- Solution and develop identified user stories, with considerations of security and code quality
- Review team code
- Own the technical delivery of the team
- Code review to make sure what you have designed has been developed considering best coding practice, performance, security and compliance.
