Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Techno-Commercial Sales professional with strong technical understanding and sales expertise in construction solutions. The role involves promoting high-performance formwork systems, advanced concrete machinery, sustainable dry-mix products, and innovative admixtures to drive business growth while providing technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure, real estate, and construction sectors
- Promote and sell formwork systems, concrete machinery, dry-mix products, and admixtures
- Provide techno-commercial solutions based on client requirements and project specifications
- Prepare and present technical proposals, cost estimates, and commercial quotations
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for project execution
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain sales records
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and systems
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and project requirements
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented approach
- Relationship management and client handling skills
- Commercial acumen with cost estimation and pricing knowledge
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or related field; MBA in Sales/Marketing (added advantage)
Experience:
2–8 years of experience in techno-commercial sales. Experience in formwork systems, construction chemicals, concrete equipment, or related products preferred.
