Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced VSTO Add-In Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Office automation and COM-based development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade VSTO Add-Ins for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with deployment and troubleshooting experience across multiple Office versions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop VSTO Add-Ins for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Implement Word automation features including: Content Controls, Bookmarks, Styles, Track Changes, Custom XML Parts
• Implement Excel automation features including: Workbook/Worksheet events, Named Ranges, UDFs, PivotTables, Chart automation, Data Validation
• Implement PowerPoint automation features including: Slide and Shape manipulation, Masters & Layouts, Template generation, Embedded media control
• Develop and maintain custom Ribbon XML and Task Panes across Office applications.
• Package and deploy Add-Ins using NSIS installer scripts, including: Registry configuration, Trust settings, Versioning
• Ensure compatibility across Office 2016, 2019, 2021, and Microsoft 365 (32-bit & 64-bit).
• Debug COM Interop, PIA binding, and Office runtime/process isolation issues.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable C# code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with VSTO Add-In development.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, COM Interop, Microsoft Office Automation.
• Strong experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint object models.
• Experience with Ribbon XML and Custom Task Panes.
• Knowledge of NSIS installer scripting and deployment processes.
• Good understanding of Office runtime compatibility and troubleshooting.
