Project Manager<\/p>\n

We are in the lookout for a Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company’s ongoing<\/p>\n

projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements,<\/p>\n

deadlines, and schedules are on track. You will need to have proven experience in project management<\/p>\n

and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes.<\/p>\n

Your responsibilities:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate internal resources and third parties\/vendors for the flawless execution of projects<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and<\/p>\n

ensuring technical feasibility<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure resource availability and allocation<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate<\/p>\n

verification techniques<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Report and escalate to management as needed<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Perform risk management to minimize project risks<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Establish and maintain relationships with third parties\/vendors<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Perform other related duties as assigned<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document need<\/p>\n

Skill sets\/Experience we require:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Proven working experience in project management<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office<\/p>\n

Pedigree:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Bachelors\/Masters in Computer Science or related field<\/p>\n
