The Operations Manager oversees all aspects of the plant operations, including safety, human capital, along with equipment facilities and maintenance while maximizing equipment usage and increasing labor productivity. This person is responsible for the creation and implementation of new employee orientation, training programs and recommended compensation changes for production staff. The Operations Manager will utilize LEAN manufacturing principles to drive process improvement and\u00a0recommend new equipment\/capital expenses.
