Overview of the Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst<\/strong> to join the Platform Control & Support (PCT)<\/strong> team. In this role, you will assist in maintaining a robust control environment<\/strong>, supporting Investment Teams<\/strong> in ensuring effective pre- and post-trade compliance monitoring<\/strong> within tight deadlines.<\/p>\n

You will gain hands-on experience across mandate control implementation, trade monitoring, and compliance support, while collaborating closely with global stakeholders. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for investment operations, keen attention to detail, and a desire to develop expertise within a dynamic asset management environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Mandate Control Implementation<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of investment mandate controls<\/strong>, including onboarding, rule updates, and guideline change activities.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in performing impact assessments<\/strong> and documentation updates as part of the guideline change process.<\/li>\n
  • Review and verify control configurations and updates made by team members for accuracy and compliance with internal standards.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate records of all mandate control changes<\/strong>, ensuring audit readiness and traceability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Violation Monitoring and Escalation<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Support the overnight monitoring<\/strong> of investment violations and breaches using internal tools such as Aladdin<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure potential issues are identified, logged, escalated, and resolved<\/strong> within defined service levels.<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with senior analysts and investment teams to ensure timely resolution<\/strong> of compliance exceptions.<\/li>\n
    • Help enhance monitoring workflows and contribute to improving the team\u2019s risk control framework<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Broker and Trade Management Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Assist with maintaining broker data<\/strong> and \u2018ready-to-trade\u2019 lists<\/strong> within Aladdin.<\/li>\n
      • Support the Trading Desk<\/strong> by addressing queries related to broker setup and trading permissions.<\/li>\n
      • Ensure accurate and up-to-date trade coding<\/strong> to enable smooth pre- and post-trade compliance processes.<\/li>\n
      • Coordinate with operations and compliance teams to ensure alignment on trading-related data integrity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Operational Excellence & Documentation<\/strong><\/h4>\n
          \n
        • Ensure that all assigned tasks are executed in accordance with documented procedures and quality standards.<\/li>\n
        • Escalate issues to senior team members as needed and follow up through to resolution.<\/li>\n
        • Assist in updating and maintaining procedure documents<\/strong>, reflecting new functionalities or process improvements.<\/li>\n
        • Contribute to the team\u2019s continuous improvement efforts by identifying efficiency or automation opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Must-Have Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n

          • Strong understanding or interest in investment operations, mandate compliance<\/strong>, and control frameworks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n

            • Understanding of broker data management<\/strong> and trade authorization processes.<\/li>\n
            • Experience with data analysis tools<\/strong> or basic coding languages<\/strong> (e.g., SQL, Python, VBA).<\/li>\n
            • Awareness of regulatory frameworks<\/strong> impacting investment management (e.g., UCITS, MiFID, SFDR).<\/li>\n
            • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Business, Economics<\/strong>, or related discipline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
