Role Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Analyst \u2013 Platform Control & Support (PCVM)<\/strong> to assist in delivering a robust pre- and post-trade compliance environment<\/strong>. The role involves supporting investment restriction compliance, mandate control implementation, and query resolution<\/strong> while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented operations environment and have strong attention to detail.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Support Investment Restriction Compliance<\/strong> and mandate control implementation<\/strong>, including onboarding and ongoing updates.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in the delivery of mandate investment guideline onboarding<\/strong>, impact assessments, and change activities appropriate to experience level.<\/li>\n
  • Review work of other team members to ensure compliance and data accuracy.<\/li>\n
  • Support overnight violation monitoring processes<\/strong>, escalations, and resolution to completion.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with Investment Desks, Product Teams, and Client Executives<\/strong> across all asset classes to resolve investment guideline queries.<\/li>\n
  • Assist with pre-trade violation overrides<\/strong> under guidance.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain and update broker and ready-to-trade coding<\/strong> in Aladdin<\/strong>, supporting Trading Desks with queries and escalations.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure tasks are completed in line with procedures, service levels, and internal controls.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain procedure notes<\/strong> and documentation for processes and system updates.<\/li>\n
  • Resolve queries efficiently while contributing to a robust and efficient control environment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Knowledge of mandate control implementation<\/strong> and investment restriction compliance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Experience with violation monitoring<\/strong>, escalation processes, and adherence to deadlines.<\/li>\n
    • Exposure to broker and trade desk management<\/strong>, coding, and system support in Aladdin<\/strong> or similar platforms.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite<\/strong>, particularly Excel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to collect, verify, and maintain accurate operational data<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Strong organizational skills<\/strong>, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.<\/li>\n
    • Analytical mindset to identify process improvements and optimize workflows.<\/li>\n
    • Basic understanding of financial instruments<\/strong> and investment operations.<\/li>\n

        • Familiarity with UK\/APAC\/US investment regulations<\/strong> and control frameworks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
