Senior Java Full Stack Lead with strong\u00a0architecture and design level expertise to own delivery and lead a small team building secure, enterprise grade banking applications. The role requires\u00a0hands on development as well as solution, application, and integration design\u00a0capabilities with direct client interaction.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Lead and manage a small team (4-8 members); provide technical direction, conduct code and design reviews. Own solution, application, and integration architecture for Java full stack banking applications.<\/li>\n
  • Design HLD and LLD covering\u00a0scalability, performance, security, availability, and maintainability.<\/li>\n
  • Discuss, explain, and convince\u00a0clients on architecture choices, technical solutions, timelines, and\n

    trade offs.<\/li>\n

  • Build and manage integrations\u00a0using REST APIs, SFTP\/file based interfaces, and third party systems.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure secure by design\u00a0implementation aligned with OWASP and banking security standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Architecture & Design Capabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • \u00a0Strong understanding of\u00a0enterprise application and microservices architecture.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to perform domain\u00a0analysis and translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.<\/li>\n
    • Design experience for\u00a0high volume, high availability banking systems.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of API design\u00a0standards, integration patterns, and error handling strategies.<\/li>\n
    • Experience designing secure\u00a0authentication and authorization models using OAuth2\/OIDC.<\/li>\n
    • Understanding of deployment\u00a0architecture for on prem and hybrid hosting models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Must Have Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Java 11 \/ 17, Spring Boot,\u00a0Spring Security, JPA\/Hibernate<\/p>\n

      Angular, TypeScript,\u00a0enterprise scale UI development<\/p>\n

      REST APIs, SFTP and third party integrations<\/p>\n

      Oracle Database – SQL and\u00a0performance tuning<\/p>\n

      OAuth2\/OIDC, OWASP Top 10, secure API design<\/p>\n

      Tools: Git, Jenkins, Jira;\u00a0On Prem \/ Hybrid environments<\/p>\n

      Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

      8-12 years of Java enterprise application experience with architecture\/design ownership and 2-3 years in a lead role. Strong background in Banking \/ Financial Services projects.<\/p>\n
