You Are:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for an experienced <\/span>Senior\/Lead Data Engineer<\/span><\/strong> with 8+ years of expertise in designing and delivering scalable, high-performing data solutions on the Azure ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, modern data lakehouse architectures, data modelling, and both batch and real-time data processing. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end data engineering initiatives, influencing architectural decisions, and ensuring robust, high-quality data pipelines.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Architect, design, and implement scalable data platforms and pipelines on Azure and Databricks.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and processing workflows across batch and real-time data streams.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Work extensively with ADLS, Delta Lake, and Spark (Python) for large-scale data engineering.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Lead the development of complex ETL\/ELT pipelines, ensuring high quality, reliability, and performance.<\/span><\/p>\n

What You <\/span>Need:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>8+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in enterprise environments.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Strong expertise in Azure services, especially Azure Databricks, Functions, and Azure Data Factory (preferred).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Advanced proficiency in Apache Spark with Python (PySpark).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Strong command over SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Deep understanding of ETL\/ELT methodologies, data pipelines, and scheduling\/orchestration.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Experience in both batch processing and real-time\/streaming data (Kafka, Event Hub, or similar).<\/span><\/p>\n

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. We provide a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.<\/span><\/p>\n

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
