The <\/span>Technical Lead <\/span><\/strong>will lead the technical team in SampleManager LIMS implementation projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Opportunity:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Front end the customers to understand the enhancement requirement and provide solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Run requirement gathering workshops and prepare requirement specification documents.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Develop and implement enhancements and revisions to meet the needs of the client.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Develop\/Configure Sample workflows, stock module, instrument module, Instrument Interfacing using Integration Manager, Report Designer, Forms Designer, Label Designer, Sample Scheduler, Batch Management, Lot management and Plate handling, stability, SQC, SM-IDI, PIMS and Dashboards.<\/span><\/p>\n

What You <\/span>Need:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>7+ years\u2019 of experience in SampleManager LIMS Implementation and support.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Extensive experience developing solutions in LIMS<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Experience in systems analysis, design and development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have demonstrated good problem solving and analytical skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Proven ability to work effectively as a team member and can work with limited or most of the time no supervision on projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>The candidate needs to have attention to detail and the ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. We provide a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.<\/span><\/p>\n

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company\u2019s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and\/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.<\/span><\/p>\n
