This individual will play a critical role in building the company\u2019s national sales footprint by launching and managing a network of manufacturer representatives and\/or independent sales agents across key geographic regions.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for creating the foundational sales infrastructure, defining commission structures, establishing performance expectations, and driving accountability across the rep organization. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic vision and execution, with experience selling technical or infrastructure-related solutions into local government and municipal markets.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Sales Strategy &amp; Leadership<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Design and execute a national sales strategy focused on expanding our presence through manufacturer representatives and\/or sales agents.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Serve as the primary architect of the company\u2019s rep-based sales model, including territory coverage, onboarding processes, and ongoing management.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Partner closely with the CEO to align sales initiatives with overall company growth objectives.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Rep Network Development<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Recruit, vet, and launch manufacturer rep groups or independent sales agents in targeted geographic markets.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Build the initial sales infrastructure required to support rep success, including tools, training materials, messaging, and reporting cadence.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Establish clear expectations, roles, and performance standards for all rep groups.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Compensation, Goals &amp; Accountability<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Design and implement commission structures and incentive plans that align rep behavior with company objectives.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Develop sales goals, KPIs, and reporting metrics to drive accountability and performance visibility.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Create a cadence for performance reviews, pipeline management, and ongoing coaching of rep partners.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Market &amp; Customer Focus<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Lead sales efforts centered on our road stabilization chemical products.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Ensure reps are effectively targeting the ideal customer profile, with a primary focus on:<\/span><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Local governments<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Municipalities<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Counties and rural roadway authorities<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Support reps in navigating long sales cycles, public sector procurement processes, and stakeholder engagement.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Work closely with internal teams (operations, technical, and leadership) to ensure seamless execution from sale through delivery.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Provide market feedback to leadership to inform product positioning, pricing, and future growth opportunities.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Qualifications &amp;
