The position contributes to long-term customer value and business growth by ensuring clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement in support operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Roles and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) consistently across all assigned tasks and activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Ensure all deliverables meet the requirements mentioned in specifications, tickets, emails, and related documents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Create and verify reports as per client requirements with accuracy and timeliness.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Provide daily status reports for allocated tickets and share updates whenever requested by the reporting manager.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Prepare scopes of work, share effort estimates, and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Follow up with internal teams and coordinate with inter-department stakeholders for smooth execution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Ask relevant and timely questions to clients to ensure clarity and avoid rework.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Create and update SOPs, process documentation, and training videos as required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Maintain proper folder structures to ensure easy access to documents and reference materials.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Document common issues along with solutions applied to enable efficient knowledge sharing and time utilization.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Develop an understanding of business aspects including Customer Lifetime Value, revenue generation, upgrades, upselling, customer retention, and escalation rates.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Align work efforts toward business growth and customer retention objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Ensure high-quality output, recognizing quality as a critical component of the support process.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Work in alignment with the Customer Success philosophy and contribute toward long-term customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Continuously upgrade knowledge of the promotional industry and stay updated on market changes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Apply learnings to improve work processes, efficiency, and overall performance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-raw-html=\"span\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Relevant experience in operations, support, or client-facing roles, as per the position level.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Strong understanding of process-driven environments and adherence to SOPs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Experience in reporting, documentation, and handling client requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Good planning, coordination, and time management skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Customer-centric mindset with an understanding of customer success principles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Willingness and
