This role will primarily focus on supporting North American clients in their journey to upgrade from Navision to Dynamics 365 Business Central or implement new Business Central solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>? Client Engagement:<\/p>\n<p>Build strong relationships with North American clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Conduct effective client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.<\/p>\n<p>? Functional Expertise:<\/p>\n<p>Possess in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing.<\/p>\n<p>Conduct gap analysis between existing Navision systems and Business Central capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>Design and configure Business Central to meet specific client requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure smooth transitions.<\/p>\n<p>? Project Management:<\/p>\n<p>Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables effectively.<\/p>\n<p>Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.<\/p>\n<p>Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>? Training and Support:<\/p>\n<p>Deliver comprehensive training sessions to end-users on Business Central functionalities and best practices.<\/p>\n<p>Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.<\/p>\n<p>Continuous Learning:<\/p>\n<p>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central.<\/p>\n<p>Actively seek opportunities for professional development and certifications.<\/p>\n<p>Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>? Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.<\/p>\n<p>? <span data-raw-html=\"span\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance or Engineering, or a Master\u2019s in a relevant field.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>? Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.<\/p>\n<p>? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n<p>? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/p>\n<p>? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/p>\n<p>? Experience in project management methodologies.<\/p>\n<p>? Certification in Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.<\/p>\n<p>Job Description<\/p>\n<p>? Fluency in English, both written and spoken.<\/p>\n<p>? Experience in Navision to Business Central upgrades is a significant advantage.<\/p>\n<p>? Familiarity with North American business practices and regulations is beneficial.<\/p>\n<p>? Willingness to travel to client sites in North America as required.<\/p>\n<p>?
