Lead, Tech (DJS Web Infrastructure) \u2013 Core Tech<\/p>\n

We are currently seeking an experienced web application developer to<\/p>\n

join our Front Office R&D team in Hyderabad or<\/p>\n

Bengaluru. The team is dedicated to building highly scalable and robust<\/p>\n

web infrastructure using the latest web technologies. With around 200<\/p>\n

web applications already running in production on this infrastructure,<\/p>\n

the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to a<\/p>\n

dynamic and cutting-edge environment, working alongside a talented<\/p>\n

group of developers and engineers.<\/p>\n

WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY-TO-DAY:<\/p>\n

In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of products, including<\/p>\n

modern build tools, scalable web components, mobile infrastructure and<\/p>\n

development, real-time infrastructure using Web Workers and Web<\/p>\n

Assembly, complex business components, dev productivity tools,<\/p>\n

deployment tools, elastic-based search components, and many other<\/p>\n

interesting products. You will play a vital role in ensuring that we build<\/p>\n

high-quality products that are used by almost everyone in the firm. As<\/p>\n

a mentor, you will be responsible for guiding junior developers and<\/p>\n

engineers who share a passion for building innovative solutions.<\/p>\n

Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in setting the team’s vision and<\/p>\n

building products with the end user in mind, all while maintaining a focus<\/p>\n

on excellence and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate should hold –<\/p>\n

Basic qualifications:<\/p>\n

? A bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical<\/p>\n

experience<\/p>\n

? 4+ years of industry experience and more than 3 years of<\/p>\n

professional experience in web technologies<\/p>\n

? Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, JavaScript,<\/p>\n

HTML, CSS)<\/p>\n

? Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail<\/p>\n

? Excellent communication and teamwork abilities<\/p>\n

? The ability to stay current with emerging web technologies and<\/p>\n

best practices<\/p>\n
