  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).<\/li>\n
  • Proven experience working with enterprise IAM platforms, particularly Ping Identity<\/strong> solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Strong background in designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization solutions in large-scale environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • Deep hands-on expertise in Ping Identity<\/strong> platforms:\n
        \n
      • PingAM, PingIDM, PingDS<\/li>\n
      • PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Strong mastery of OAuth 2.0<\/strong>, OpenID Connect (OIDC)<\/strong>, SAML, and identity federation.<\/li>\n
      • Extensive experience implementing SSO<\/strong>, adaptive authentication, step-up authentication, and risk-based access controls.<\/li>\n
      • Strong understanding of IAM taxonomy, authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, and federation.<\/li>\n
      • Experience with possession-based and multi-factor authentication mechanisms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Development & Integration<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Expert-level coding skills in Java<\/strong>, Kotlin<\/strong>, and JavaScript<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        • Strong experience with Spring Boot<\/strong> for building secure IAM services and APIs.<\/li>\n
        • Proven experience designing and building custom authentication trees in PingAM<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        • Hands-on experience developing and securing IAM APIs<\/strong> for internal and third-party integrations.<\/li>\n
        • Strong experience integrating IAM solutions with LDAP, JDBC, SOAP, HTTPS<\/strong>, and other enterprise data sources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          DevOps & Engineering Practices<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Strong experience with GitLab<\/strong>, Jenkins<\/strong>, CI\/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.<\/li>\n
          • Experience enforcing secure coding standards, code reviews, and IAM best practices.<\/li>\n
          • Ability to design scalable, highly available, and secure IAM architectures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Good-to-Have Skills<\/p>\n

              \n
            • Experience with ForgeRock<\/strong> IAM customization and development.<\/li>\n
            • Exposure to cloud-native IAM architectures<\/strong> and SaaS-based identity platforms.<\/li>\n
            • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes<\/strong>).<\/li>\n
            • Experience implementing Zero Trust<\/strong> or modern security architectures.<\/li>\n
            • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001).<\/li>\n
            • Experience working in Agile \/ SAFe environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Leadership & Responsibilities<\/p>\n

              • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation<\/strong> of enterprise IAM solutions.<\/li>\n
              • Act as a technical SME<\/strong> for Ping Identity and IAM-related initiatives.<\/li>\n
              • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level IAM engineers.<\/li>\n
              • Drive IAM standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks across teams.<\/li>\n
              • Collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable identity services.<\/li>\n
              • Participate in architectural reviews, security assessments, and production readiness reviews.<\/li>\n
              • Own IAM delivery timelines, technical risks, and solution quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
