Job Role: Snowflake Lead Developer (should have 8+ years experience in Data warehousing & min 4 years experience into snowflake)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Lead Developer to design, develop, and optimize scalable cloud-based data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will lead Snowflake implementations, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-performance analytics platforms.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of Snowflake data warehouse solutions<\/li>\n
  2. Architect scalable and secure data models using Snowflake best practices<\/li>\n
  3. Develop and optimize ELT\/ETL pipelines using tools like Informatica, Matillion, dbt, Airflow, or custom frameworks<\/li>\n
  4. Implement performance tuning, query optimization, clustering, and cost optimization<\/li>\n
  5. Design and manage data ingestion from multiple sources (RDBMS, APIs, flat files, cloud storage)<\/li>\n
  6. Lead and mentor junior Snowflake developers and data engineers<\/li>\n
  7. Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions<\/li>\n
  8. Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards<\/li>\n
  9. Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and enhancements<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Technical Skills (Must-Have)<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. 8+ years of experience in Data Warehousing \/ Data Engineering<\/li>\n
    2. 4+ years of hands-on Snowflake experience<\/li>\n
    3. Strong expertise in:<\/li>\n
    4. Snowflake architecture, virtual warehouses, micro-partitions<\/li>\n
    5. SQL (advanced query writing and optimization)<\/li>\n
    6. Data modeling (Star, Snowflake, Dimensional models)<\/li>\n
    7. Experience with cloud platforms: AWS \/ Azure \/ GCP<\/li>\n
    8. Strong knowledge of ELT\/ETL tools (Informatica, Matillion, Talend, dbt, etc.)<\/li>\n
    9. Hands-on experience with Python \/ Shell scripting<\/li>\n
    10. Experience with CI\/CD, Git, and deployment automation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Nice-to-Have Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Experience with dbt and modern data stack<\/li>\n
      2. Knowledge of data governance, security, and role-based access control<\/li>\n
      3. Exposure to Bl tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)<\/li>\n
      4. Snowflake certification(s) preferred<\/li>\n
      5. Experience leading end-to-end data migration to Snowflake<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
