Job Details Position: Senior Cored Wire Production Professional<\/p>\n

Industry: Ferro Alloys \/ Steelmaking Consumables<\/p>\n

Experience: Minimum 5\u201310 years in cored wire manufacturing<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

End-to-end management of cored wire production (CaSi, FeSi, Mg, FeTi, etc.)<\/p>\n

Operation and control of strip forming,<\/p>\n

powder filling,<\/p>\n

wire closing, and coil winding Monitoring quality parameters, wire diameter, filling ratio, and coil integrity Production planning, shift management, and manpower supervision Raw material control, yield optimization, and process improvement Coordination with QA, Maintenance, and Dispatch Ensuring safety, housekeeping, and SOP compliance<\/p>\n

Key Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hands-on experience in cored wire \/ cord wire production Strong understanding of steel tube forming & powder filling technology Ability to lead teams and meet production targets Exposure to industrial safety and quality systems<\/p>\n
