Job Role: Talent Acquisition Manager (should be currently working in manager roles only) & should be mainly an IT Recruiter with BPO hiring experience<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

CTC: Upto LPA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Location: Bangalore (Kalyan Nagar)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Work Mode- 5 days work from office<\/strong><\/p>\n

Experience – 8-10 years<\/strong><\/p>\n

Position – Permanent<\/strong><\/p>\n

Notice period – immediate joiners\/can join within 20-25<\/strong><\/p>\n

Note- Please don’t consider relocation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for IT and BPO roles<\/li>\n
  2. Develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with business goals<\/li>\n
  3. Handle bulk and niche hiring requirements<\/li>\n
  4. Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters<\/li>\n
  5. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs<\/li>\n
  6. Ensure quality hiring within defined TATs and budgets<\/li>\n
  7. Drive employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience<\/li>\n
  8. Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports<\/li>\n
  9. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels<\/li>\n
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Required Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. 8-10 years of total experience in Talent Acquisition<\/li>\n
    2. Currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead \/ Manager<\/li>\n
    3. Strong background in IT recruitment (mandatory)<\/li>\n
    4. Proven experience in BPO hiring<\/li>\n
    5. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills<\/li>\n
    6. Strong leadership and team management abilities<\/li>\n
    7. Experience with ATS, job portals, and social hiring platforms<\/li>\n
    8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
