  4. Ensure strong individual contribution in addition to team performance.<\/li>\n
  5. Execute pricing, schemes, and go-to-market strategies to outperform competition.<\/li>\n
  6. Build and dominate channel partner networks to maximize market penetration.<\/li>\n
  7. Track pipeline rigorously\u2014leads, site visits, conversions, and collections.<\/li>\n
  8. Provide sharp market intelligence and competitive insights to management.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    5. Hometown is Kolkata<\/li>\n
