Job Role:<\/p>\n

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Manager with extensive experience in handling global payments to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day IA payments and supervising tasks and ensuring timely and accurate payments according to established turnaround time. This role requires a strong understanding of global payments, coupled with excellent analytical skills.<\/p>\n

Duties and responsibilities:<\/p>\n

1. Day-to-Day Payment Operations:<\/p>\n

? Manage and execute all daily IA and general payments, ensuring meticulous accuracy and strict adherence to internal controls and prevailing accounting standards.<\/p>\n

? Ef?ciently process and manage the end-to-end payment lifecycle for invoices, employee expense reports, and other critical ?nancial transactions.<\/p>\n

? Supervise transactions relevant to payment activities and proactively allocate tasks within the team to ensure equitable workload distribution and timely completion.<\/p>\n

? Prepare detailed schedules and provide necessary documentation and response for payments and reconciliation for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, bank, and management).<\/p>\n

? Act as the primary point of contact for payment queries, liaising closely with internal teams and external parties to resolve issues promptly and ensure a seamless and uninterrupted payment operations process.<\/p>\n

? Ensure timely and accurate payments, strictly meeting established turnaround times (TATs) and compliance requirements.<\/p>\n

2. Analysis & Reporting:<\/p>\n

? Assist in the timely processing of payments related reports and supervising IA Fee Payments operations<\/p>\n

? Proactively identify, and recommend opportunities for continuous process improvement within the IA payments and general ?nance operations functions to enhance ef?ciency, strengthen internal controls, and maximize accuracy.<\/p>\n

3. Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake any other ?nance related tasks as assigned by<\/p>\n

the management.<\/p>\n

Quali?cations & Competencies:<\/p>\n

? Any Bachelor’s\/Master’s degree.<\/p>\n

? Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable experience in business management roles, with a strong focus on day-to day operations, AP \/ AR, and closing activities.<\/p>\n

Technical Skills:<\/p>\n

? Pro?ciency in Google Suite (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis, data presentation)<\/p>\n

Soft Skills:<\/p>\n

? Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all IA payments operations.<\/p>\n

? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/p>\n

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/p>\n

? Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.<\/p>\n

? High level of integrity and professional ethics.<\/p>\n

?
