We are hiring for Finance Manager (Sr. Accountant) position in Manila location.<\/p>\n

Job Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager with extensive experience in Accounting and Tax Compliance to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, maintaining ?xed asset records, and ensuring timely and accurate tax compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of ?nancial principles and country\/global speci?c tax regulations, coupled with excellent analytical skills.<\/p>\n

Duties & Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Day-to-Day Accounting Operations:<\/strong><\/p>\n

? Manage and execute daily accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.<\/p>\n

? Process invoices, expense reports, and other ?nancial transactions ef?ciently.<\/p>\n

? Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure their integrity.<\/p>\n

2. Management Closing Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n

? Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual ?nancial statements for management reporting.<\/p>\n

? Ensure all necessary accruals, provisions, and adjustments are made accurately during closing cycles.<\/p>\n

Duties & Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Fixed Asset Register (FAR) Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n

? Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register, including additions, disposals, and depreciation calculations.<\/p>\n

? Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards related to ?xed assets.<\/p>\n

4. Bank Reconciliation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

? Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements with ledger balances.<\/p>\n

? Identify and resolve any discrepancies in bank accounts.<\/p>\n

5. Tax Compliances:<\/strong><\/p>\n

? Ensure timely and accurate compliance with various tax regulations.<\/p>\n

? Prepare and ?le tax returns accurately and within stipulated deadlines.<\/p>\n

? Assist in responding to tax-related queries and notices.<\/p>\n

6. Audit Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n

? Prepare schedules and provide necessary documentation and explanations for internal and external audits.<\/p>\n

?Liaise with auditors to address queries and ensure a smooth audit process.<\/p>\n

7. Financial Analysis & Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n

? Assist in preparing various ?nancial reports and analyses as required by management.<\/p>\n

?Identify opportunities for process improvement within accounting and tax functions.<\/p>\n

8. Ad-hoc Tasks<\/strong>: Undertake any other ?nance and accounting related tasks as assigned by the management.<\/p>\n

Quali?cations & Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n

? Any Bachelor’s\/Master’s degree in Finance.<\/p>\n

? Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable experience in ?nance and accounting roles, with a strong focus on day-to-day accounting, closing activities, FAR, bank reconciliation, and tax compliances.<\/p>\n

? Pro?ciency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis)<\/p>\n

? Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all ?nancial operations.<\/p>\n

? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/p>\n

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/p>\n

? Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.<\/p>\n

? High level of integrity and professional ethics.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
