About the Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer<\/strong> to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a strong technical background to guide and mentor<\/strong> the team from a technology standpoint.<\/p>\n

While this position does not include direct line management responsibilities, the successful candidate will serve as a technical leader<\/strong>, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Lead by example in full-stack software development with a focus on front-end (React, JavaScript)<\/strong> and back-end (preferably Node.js)<\/strong> technologies.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, QA, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship<\/strong> to team members, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and system design.<\/li>\n
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust APIs and backend services<\/strong>, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to system architecture and design decisions<\/strong>, driving innovation and technical excellence.<\/li>\n
  • Partner with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI\/CD pipelines<\/strong> for reliable and rapid deployments.<\/li>\n
  • Participate actively in code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving<\/strong> sessions.<\/li>\n
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Mandatory Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong full-stack expertise.<\/li>\n
    • Front-end:<\/strong> React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.<\/li>\n
    • Back-end:<\/strong> Node.js (preferred), or equivalent frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python).<\/li>\n
    • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs<\/strong> or other service architectures.<\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of system design principles<\/strong>, including scalability, maintainability, and security.<\/li>\n
    • Hands-on experience with CI\/CD pipelines<\/strong> and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to mentor and support team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Good-to-Have Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      • Experience with TypeScript<\/strong>, Next.js<\/strong>, or GraphQL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with cloud platforms<\/strong> (AWS, Azure, or GCP).<\/li>\n
      • Exposure to containerization and orchestration<\/strong> tools (Docker, Kubernetes).<\/li>\n
      • Experience with test automation frameworks<\/strong> (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Mocha).<\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of microservices architecture<\/strong> and distributed systems.<\/li>\n
      • Experience working in Agile\/Scrum<\/strong> environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
