Open to candidates based anywhere in India. Staffing Option 1 : 0.5 FTE for Absence and 0.5 FTE for Time & Labor (two resources). Staffing Option 2 : 1.0 FTE for a single resource with combined Absence and Time & Labor expertise<\/p>\n

  • Role Scope \/ Deliverables:<\/strong>\u00a0We are seeking an experienced and skilled Principle Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM Time & Labor (OTL) and Absence Management modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end implementations, Lead complex configurations, and providing expert guidance to our Business and internal teams. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a global delivery environment. Key Responsibilities:<\/li>\n
  • Lead and support end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM Time & Labor and Absence Management modules.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct business process analysis, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into functional design specifications.<\/li>\n
  • Configure complex OTL setups, including time categories, time entry layouts, time processing profiles, work schedules, and approval workflows.<\/li>\n
  • Configure Complex absence plans, types, reasons, entitlements, accruals (using Fast Formulas), and eligibility profiles.<\/li>\n
  • Design and configure intricate time rules using Fast Formulas (OTL\/Payroll) for overtime, shift differentials, validations, and compliance operations.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure seamless integration points between OTL and other Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence Management and PPM.<\/li>\n
  • Lead project deliverables, including creating configuration workbooks, functional design documents, test scripts, and user training materials.<\/li>\n
  • Lead Functional User Testing (FUT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring timely issue resolution and successful go-lives.<\/li>\n
  • Provide expert-level support, troubleshoot complex functional issues, and manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support through to resolution.<\/li>\n
  • Mentor and guide internal team member, providing functional guidance and best practices.<\/li>\n
  • Stay current with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features and quarterly updates, analyzing and communicating their impact with business stakeholders. Key Skills:<\/strong>\u00a0Qualifications:<\/li>\n
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.<\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud applications.<\/li>\n
  • At least 4 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Time & Labor and Absence Management implementations as a lead functional consultant.<\/li>\n
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence modules. Technical Skills:<\/li>\n
  • Expertise in configuring time entry and calculation rules, Web Clock, and time device configuration.<\/li>\n
  • Hands-on experience in writing Fast Formulas (Time Entry, Time Calculation, Absence).<\/li>\n
  • Exposure to HDL is a plus.<\/li>\n
  • Oracle Cloud HCM certification is plus.<\/li>\n
  • Experience\/Exposure to Oracle PPM is preferred. Soft Skills: o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. o Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and client management skills. o Ability to work independently on multiple tasks. o Strong understanding of global time & labor requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
