Job Title: Fund Reporting Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n

Overview of the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive\u00a0Fund Reporting Analyst<\/strong>\u00a0to manage the end-to-end production of reports and templates in a global asset management environment. This role requires a strong process mindset, the ability to work independently on Business-as-Usual (BAU) tasks, and a willingness to collaborate across business, technology, and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n

You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of fund reports, maintaining documentation, supporting team KPIs and metrics, and contributing to system\/process enhancements.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manage the\u00a0end-to-end production<\/strong>\u00a0of allocated reports and templates, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery<\/li>\n
  • Implement and monitor\u00a0production controls<\/strong>; escalate any exceptions in line with procedures<\/li>\n
  • Maintain\u00a0up-to-date documentation<\/strong>\u00a0for processes and procedures<\/li>\n
  • Support\u00a0reporting-related projects<\/strong>\u00a0and enhancements to systems or processes<\/li>\n
  • Develop strong working relationships with\u00a0business stakeholders<\/strong>,\u00a0technology teams<\/strong>, and\u00a0external data vendors<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Assist with\u00a0technical queries<\/strong>\u00a0and help train and support\u00a0junior team members<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Contribute to team\u00a0Management Information (MI)<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Provide regular updates to the\u00a0Team Leader<\/strong>\u00a0on tasks and issues<\/li>\n
  • Proactively\u00a0identify opportunities for process improvement<\/strong>\u00a0and escalate them to the Team Leader<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Must-Have Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Minimum\u00a02 years of experience<\/strong>\u00a0in fund reporting, fund operations, or a related function<\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of\u00a0fund structures<\/strong>,\u00a0asset management products<\/strong>, and\u00a0reporting requirements<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Excellent\u00a0attention to detail<\/strong>\u00a0and strong\u00a0process orientation<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Ability to\u00a0work independently<\/strong>\u00a0on BAU tasks with minimal supervision<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in\u00a0Microsoft Excel<\/strong>\u00a0and familiarity with\u00a0PowerPoint<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Strong\u00a0analytical<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0problem-solving<\/strong>\u00a0skills<\/li>\n
    • Good\u00a0written and verbal communication<\/strong>\u00a0skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to\u00a0adapt to changing priorities<\/strong>\u00a0and manage multiple tasks effectively<\/li>\n
    • Collaborative team player who can work across departments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Good-to-Have Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Experience with\u00a0automation tools<\/strong>,\u00a0reporting platforms<\/strong>, or\u00a0process improvement initiatives<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Exposure to\u00a0data vendors<\/strong>\u00a0and understanding of\u00a0data governance<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of\u00a0performance and regulatory reporting<\/strong>\u00a0within asset management<\/li>\n
      • Experience contributing to or managing\u00a0reporting systems implementations or enhancements<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with tools such as\u00a0VBA<\/strong>,\u00a0Power BI<\/strong>,\u00a0Tableau<\/strong>, or\u00a0SQL<\/strong>\u00a0is a plus<\/li>\n
      • Prior experience working in a\u00a0global team<\/strong>\u00a0or across multiple time zones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
