Role Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking an experienced\u00a0Lead\u2013 Client Reporting & Accounting Service Management<\/strong>\u00a0to oversee the operational, reporting, and governance functions across client reporting and accounting teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in\u00a0fund administration, fund accounting, and client relationship management<\/strong>, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Oversee and manage the\u00a0Client Reporting & Accounting Service Management<\/strong>\u00a0function to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Set\u00a0team objectives<\/strong>, conduct\u00a0performance appraisals<\/strong>, and provide ongoing coaching and development.<\/li>\n
  • Act as a\u00a0senior escalation point<\/strong>\u00a0for all client reporting and accounting service-related issues.<\/li>\n
  • Manage\u00a0stakeholder engagement and relationship management<\/strong>\u00a0between Business Client Reporting, Accounting, and Service Management teams.<\/li>\n
  • Identify\u00a0operational risks<\/strong>, implement controls, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.<\/li>\n
  • Produce\u00a0monthly MIS and KPI reports<\/strong>\u00a0for oversight teams, ensuring accuracy and insight into team performance.<\/li>\n
  • Provide detailed\u00a0monthly commentary<\/strong>\u00a0to regional oversight functions in Horsham, Singapore, and the US on delivery versus KPI targets.<\/li>\n
  • Escalate issues to the\u00a0Head of Client Mandate<\/strong>\u00a0that fall outside agreed service standards.<\/li>\n
  • Drive\u00a0process improvement initiatives<\/strong>\u00a0to enhance performance, efficiency, and reduce operational risk.<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with\u00a0regional heads of Client Mandate<\/strong>\u00a0to address region-specific operational and reporting issues.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain updated knowledge of\u00a0regulatory and compliance requirements<\/strong>\u00a0related to fund administration and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/strong>\u00a0in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.<\/li>\n
    • 8+ years of experience<\/strong>\u00a0in fund administration, fund management, or client reporting, with at least\u00a03+ years in a leadership role.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of\u00a0fund accounting operations<\/strong>,\u00a0client reporting processes<\/strong>, and\u00a0financial controls<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in\u00a0MS Office Suite<\/strong>\u00a0(Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with reporting tools or fund administration systems is a plus.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent\u00a0leadership, coaching, and team management<\/strong>\u00a0skills.<\/li>\n
    • Strong\u00a0communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management<\/strong>\u00a0abilities.<\/li>\n
    • Analytical and\u00a0problem-solving mindset<\/strong>\u00a0with a focus on risk mitigation and process optimization.<\/li>\n
    • Strong\u00a0organizational and prioritization skills<\/strong>\u00a0to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
