Job Description: Senior UI\/UX Developer (Poland)<\/p>\n

As we scale our AI-powered platforms and digital products, we are seeking a Senior UI\/UX Developer to lead the design and implementation of intuitive, user-centric, and visually compelling digital experiences across enterprise applications. The role will be based in Poland with close collaboration across delivery, product, and business development teams.<\/p>\n

Role Overview<\/p>\n

The Senior UI\/UX Developer will be responsible for shaping end-to-end user experiences\u2014 from research and interaction design to high-fidelity UI implementation\u2014ensuring that our digital products are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with business goals.<\/p>\n

This role requires a blend of strong UX thinking, hands-on UI design and development capability, and close collaboration with product, frontend, and data teams. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of user behavior, design systems, and usability best practices in complex, data-driven environments.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

User Experience G Interaction Design<\/p>\n

Lead UX research activities including user interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, and persona development.<\/p>\n

Translate complex business and analytical requirements into clear, intuitive user flows and interaction models.<\/p>\n

Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with user needs and product strategy.<\/p>\n

Ensure consistency, clarity, and usability across all digital touchpoints.<\/p>\n

UI Design G Design Systems<\/p>\n

Create visually compelling UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and enterprise standards.<\/p>\n

Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides.<\/p>\n

Ensure responsive and accessible designs across web and device platforms (WCAG compliance).<\/p>\n

Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.<\/p>\n

Collaboration G Implementation<\/p>\n

Work closely with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, Data Scientists, and Business Stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and design reviews.<\/p>\n

Support developers during implementation to ensure design intent and UX quality are preserved.<\/p>\n

Contribute to design-to-development workflows and improve handoff processes.<\/p>\n

Usability, ?uality G Continuous Improvement<\/p>\n

Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iteratively improve product experiences.<\/p>\n

Advocate for user-centric design decisions using data and insights.<\/p>\n

Continuously evaluate and enhance existing interfaces for usability, performance, and accessibility.<\/p>\n

Stay updated with emerging UI\/UX trends, tools, and best practices.<\/p>\n

?ualifications G Experience<\/p>\n

6\u201310 years of experience in UI\/UX design and development for web or enterprise applications.<\/p>\n

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process and high-quality UI execution.<\/p>\n

Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.<\/p>\n

Solid understanding of UX research methods, information architecture, and interaction design.<\/p>\n

Experience designing complex, data-intensive dashboards and enterprise products (preferred).<\/p>\n

Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to enable effective collaboration.<\/p>\n

Experience working in Agile \/ Scrum-based development environments.<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).<\/p>\n
