Job Description: Senior React Developer (Poland)<\/p>\n

As we continue to scale our AI and digital platforms, we are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js and modern frontend technologies to build scalable, high-performance, and intuitive user interfaces for enterprise-grade applications. The role will be based in Poland with close collaboration across delivery, product, and business development teams.<\/p>\n

Role Overview<\/p>\n

The Senior Frontend Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing user-facing applications that power our AI and analytics solutions.<\/p>\n

This role requires a strong combination of hands-on technical expertise in React.js, UI\/UX sensibility, performance optimization skills, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, modern frontend architecture, and building seamless user experiences for complex data-driven products.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Frontend Development G Architecture<\/p>\n

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality frontend applications using React.js and related technologies.<\/p>\n

Build reusable components and frontend libraries for consistency and faster development cycles.<\/p>\n

Implement modern frontend architecture patterns, ensuring maintainability and extensibility.<\/p>\n

Translate UI\/UX designs and business requirements into high-performing, responsive interfaces.<\/p>\n

Performance, ?uality G Best Practices<\/p>\n

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.<\/p>\n

Ensure high code quality through best practices, code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.<\/p>\n

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and UI issues across devices and platforms.<\/p>\n

Follow security, accessibility (WCAG), and usability standards in frontend development.<\/p>\n

Collaboration G Integration<\/p>\n

Work closely with backend engineers, data scientists, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.<\/p>\n

Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, Graph?L services, and AI\/ML- driven backends.<\/p>\n

Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and architectural decision- making.<\/p>\n

Mentor junior frontend developers and contribute to frontend capability building within the team.<\/p>\n

Stay current with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.<\/p>\n

Contribute to improving frontend development standards, tooling, and workflows.<\/p>\n

?ualifications G Experience<\/p>\n

6\u201310 years of experience in frontend development, with strong hands-on expertise in React.js.<\/p>\n

Deep experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks (Tailwind, CSS-in-JS, SCSS).<\/p>\n

Strong understanding of React ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, Redux \/ Zustand \/ React ?uery).<\/p>\n

Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and frontend performance optimization.<\/p>\n

Hands-on experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.<\/p>\n

Familiarity with build tools and pipelines (Webpack, Vite, Babel, CI\/CD).<\/p>\n

Experience working in Agile \/ Scrum-based development environments.<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).<\/p>\n
