Execution<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for our procurement solutions across solutions across GCC markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain).<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise clients in procurement, supply chain, and related sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic account management.<\/li>\n<li>Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with CPOs, Heads of Procurement, CFOs, and IT decision-makers.<\/li>\n<li>Position our solutions against established platforms like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, and Jaggaer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Market Development &amp; Regulatory Understanding<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and penetrate new market segments within the GCC procurement landscape<\/li>\n<li>Establish strategic partnerships with system integrators, consultants, and technology vendors<\/li>\n<li>Target FMCG, manufacturing, government, and semi-government organizations actively pursuing procurement transformation<\/li>\n<li>Establish strategic partnerships with leading procurement consulting firms, system integrators, and technology vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research to understand regional procurement trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics.<\/li>\n<li>Represent us at regional procurement forums, trade shows, industry conferences and networking events across the GCC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Client Relationship Management<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in procurement organizations<\/li>\n<li>Serve as trusted advisor on digital transformation initiatives within procurement functions<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and expansion opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Manage contract negotiations and closure of high-value deals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Cross-functional Collaboration<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Work closely with product teams to communicate market feedback and feature requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Partner with marketing to develop region-specific campaigns and thought leadership content<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful project implementations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Provide regular forecasting and pipeline reporting to senior leadership.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Qualifications and Experience:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Experience &amp; Background<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Over 12 years of B2B sales experience specializing in procurement and supply chain solutions across the GCC region.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Proven track record of selling technology solutions (SaaS, enterprise software, or digital platforms) to large enterprises<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Deep understanding of procurement processes, challenges, and digital transformation trends<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Regional Expertise<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Extensive network and relationships within GCC procurement community<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Strong understanding of regional business culture, decision-making processes, and regulatory environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Experience working with government entities, semi-government organizations, and large private sector companies in GCC<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Fluency in Arabic preferred but not mandatory<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Skills &amp;
