                                            About the Role The Workday Studio Integrations Lead\/Manager will be our “go to” senior consultant and provide support on Implementation projects, client augmentation roles and Application Management Services (AMS) across different regions. We are looking for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair and a willingness to wear multiple hats! Together with practice leadership you will help build our Global Workday practice. Looking for 1 certified or non-certified resources to join our team in India. We are also a Workday customer and certified Workday AMS provider supporting many of our clients using Workday. The Opportunity and Responsibilities: \u2022 Support and develop our local and our global Workday integrations practice in India covering deployment, augmentation, and AMS services. \u2022 Bring your technical and deployment expertise (Workday studio hands-on expertise is a must) to client engagements and supporting junior team members. \u2022 Lead teams to work directly with clients and our account teams around requirements gathering\/design, testing and post-production support after deployment. \u2022 Oversee team workload and serve as an escalation path for urgent or high priority technical issues and major requests. \u2022 Support recruitment and growth of the Workday technical team. \u2022 Build and consolidate Internal training materials and\/or client facing technical material. \u2022 Support pre-sales teams as a Workday SME while ensuring client satisfaction and success for existing accounts. \u2022 Work with our internal product teams to leverage internal capabilities and accelerators.
