Role:<\/u><\/strong> Service Now<\/p>\n

Key Skills:<\/u><\/strong> JAVA Scripting, Oracle SQL, PL\/SQL, DDL, DMLand MySql is mandatory<\/p>\n

Roles & Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

1. New Projects\/CRs development using ServiceNow, including backend and front endapplications.<\/p>\n

2. Participate in Review and Audit of applications to follow standard process andmeeting the agreed SLAs.<\/p>\n

3. Understand and translate the requirement into Designs<\/p>\n

4. Design HLD and LLD<\/p>\n

.5. Maintain the source code, update set and code base of ServiceNow<\/p>\n

6. Develop applications using best practices which include design patterns, followingbest coding techniques and Naming conventions.<\/p>\n

7. Review the code of his team mates using the coding standard checklist.<\/p>\n

8. Unit Testing the Application and Support the SIT\/QA\/Production verification.<\/p>\n

9. Provide support to L3 team and warranty period for production applications.<\/p>\n

10. Follow SDLC Process and create relevant documents like LLD, Development, UnitTest, release, operational procedure.<\/p>\n

11. Performs other duties as required by the higher levels of supervision.<\/p>\n

Qualification:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

? Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent from anaccredited university.<\/p>\n

? A minimum of Ten(5) years of experience in IT Application Development with 4+years on ServiceNow design and development.<\/p>\n

? Experience and Knowledge of JAVA Scripting, Oracle SQL, PL\/SQL, DDL, DMLand MySql is mandatory<\/p>\n

? Experience with ServiceNow Configuration Items: Business Rules, Tables,Workflow, Flows …etc.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
