Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with 6\u20138 years of experience to manage, support, and optimize telecom interconnect systems, including ZIRA WBRM Interconnect and ZIRA e-Invoicing solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations of interconnect billing, settlements, reconciliations, and compliance processes across multiple operators.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Administer, monitor, and maintain ZIRA WBRM Interconnect and ZIRA e-Invoicing systems.<\/li>\n
  2. Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of interconnect applications.<\/li>\n
  3. Support interconnect billing processes, including call detail record (CDR) processing, rating, and settlements.<\/li>\n
  4. Handle reconciliations and dispute resolution between operators for interconnect traffic.<\/li>\n
  5. Monitor and manage traffic routing, tariff updates, and partner configurations in the interconnect systems.<\/li>\n
  6. Manage e-Invoice generation, validation, and regulatory compliance using ZIRA e-Invoicing platform.<\/li>\n
  7. Implement system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes while minimizing downtime.<\/li>\n
  8. Maintain system users, roles, and permissions according to security and audit policies.<\/li>\n
  9. Troubleshoot application, OS, and database issues and provide timely resolutions.<\/li>\n
  10. Maintain and update documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.<\/li>\n
  11. Collaborate with network, billing, finance, and partner teams to ensure smooth interconnect operations.<\/li>\n
  12. Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery exercises.<\/li>\n
  13. Automate recurring operational tasks using scripting tools like Shell, Python, or Perl.<\/li>\n
  14. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system support, issue resolution, and upgrades.<\/li>\n
  15. Generate reports and dashboards for interconnect usage, billing accuracy, and e-Invoice compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Required Skills & Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Experience: 6\u20138 years in system administration in the telecom domain.<\/li>\n
    2. Application Expertise: Hands-on experience with ZIRA WBRM Interconnect and ZIRA e-Invoicing solutions.<\/li>\n
    3. Telecom Knowledge: Strong understanding of interconnect processes, billing, settlement, reconciliation, routing, and tariffs.<\/li>\n
    4. Operating Systems: Expert in Linux\/Unix administration; Windows knowledge is a plus.<\/li>\n
    5. Databases: Experience with Oracle \/ SQL Server \/ MySQL (installation, tuning, backup\/restore).<\/li>\n
    6. Networking: Knowledge of TCP\/IP, DNS, routing, firewall rules in telecom context.<\/li>\n
    7. Scripting\/Automation: Proficiency in Shell, Python, or other scripting languages.<\/li>\n
    8. Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.<\/li>\n
    9. Documentation: Ability to maintain clear SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge bases.<\/li>\n
    10. Soft Skills: Good communication, collaboration, and ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Exposure to batch processing, job schedulers (Control-M, Autosys), and monitoring tools.<\/li>\n
      2. Understanding of telecom regulatory and compliance requirements for interconnect and e-Invoicing.<\/li>\n
      3. Experience in multi-operator interconnect environments.<\/li>\n
