Ensure consistency and collaboration across shifts, developing and implementing strategies to keep employees motivated, dedicated, and engaged.<\/li>\n<li>Build an adaptable, data-driven workforce capable of navigating a technologically advanced manufacturing environment<\/li>\n<li>Assist with Technology Integration. Lead and advance digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Smart Factory tools, data analytics, and digital performance systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and agility. Use digital dashboards, KPIs, and real time data to identify performance gaps, drive operational discipline, and promote process stability.<\/li>\n<li>Align with Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to drive a CI culture and mindset at the floor level. Leverage fast response problem solving and six sigma tools to drive process improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all warehouse functions: Manage inventory and material flows including shipping\/receiving to meet company goals and customer demand; Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, shipment planner and receiving schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance by making sure all production operations, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation, comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the production process from start to finish, ensuring output meets quality standards and customer needs.
