Job Title: SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM) Consultant<\/p>\n

Location:<\/strong> India, Except Hyderabad\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Experience:<\/strong> 4+ Years<\/p>\n

Must Have Skills & Experience<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience<\/strong> with SAP Solution Manager<\/strong>, with strong focus on ChaRM<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Proven experience in SAP ChaRM configuration and support<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Strong understanding of SAP landscape and system architecture<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in managing the end-to-end change management lifecycle<\/strong>, from creation to deployment.<\/li>\n
  • Hands-on experience with Transport Management<\/strong> across SAP landscapes.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in configuring ChaRM workflows, status switches, and change cycles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Strong experience with SAP Solution Manager installation<\/strong> and mandatory configurations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Hands-on experience in Managed System Configuration<\/strong> and Technical Monitoring configurations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in EWA (Early Watch ) configurations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to support audits and ensure compliance with change control procedures<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve ChaRM issues in collaboration with technical teams.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in providing training and documentation<\/strong> to end users and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Good to Have Skills<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Familiarity with ITIL processes<\/strong> and best practices.<\/li>\n
    • Experience working in large and complex SAP landscapes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Exposure to process optimization or automation within change management.<\/li>\n
    • Prior experience in stakeholder coordination<\/strong> and user enablement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
