You Are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable data architectures and big data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, cloud platforms, and data governance to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0opportunity:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Design and implement scalable data architectures, data models, schema designs, and database optimizations.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Work with various database management systems (RDBMS, NoSQL) and data warehousing tools (Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift).<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Leverage big data frameworks (e.g., Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) for distributed computing and data processing.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Develop and maintain ETL processes using cloud-based data services and tools.<\/p>\n

Implement and enforce data governance best practices including data lineage, quality management, and compliance.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure data security through strong understanding of encryption, protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.<\/p>\n

What\u00a0you\u00a0need:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 12+ years of proven experience in designing large-scale data systems.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proficiency in big data frameworks, cloud platforms, and ETL tools.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Strong knowledge of data governance, security protocols, and compliance requirements.<\/p>\n

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. We provide a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.<\/p>\n

Full-time, regular\u00a0employees\u00a0accrue\u00a0a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6\u00a0days of\u00a0paid sick leave each\u00a0year\u00a0(pro-rated for\u00a0new\u00a0hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave\u00a0and jury duty. They\u00a0are\u00a0eligible to\u00a0participate\u00a0in the\u00a0Company\u2019s 401(k)\u00a0Retirement Plan\u00a0with employer matching. They and their dependents\u00a0residing\u00a0in the US\u00a0are\u00a0eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as\u00a0the following Company-paid\u00a0Employee Only\u00a0benefits: basic life insurance, accidental\u00a0death\u00a0and disability insurance,\u00a0and short- and long-term disability benefits.\u00a0Regular employees\u00a0may\u00a0purchase\u00a0additional\u00a0voluntary short-term disability benefits, and\u00a0participate\u00a0in a\u00a0Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as\u00a0a\u00a0Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent\u00a0child care, and\/or commuting expenses\u00a0as allowable under IRS\u00a0guidelines.\u00a0Benefits\u00a0offerings vary in Puerto Rico.<\/p>\n
