  • Development of radio frequency (RF) systems and handling of post-production problems\/faults<\/li>\n
  • Unit wiring design, layout, assembly, modification work, measuring instrument handling<\/li>\n
  • Design and development of transportation system materials and design support for wire harness related tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Cable design unit, PCB design, FPGA design, PLC design<\/li>\n
    • Dealing with problems\/defects in radio frequency (RF) system development and after mass production begins<\/li>\n
    • Design, layout, assembly, modification work of unit wiring, handling of measuring instruments<\/li>\n
    • Support the design and development of transportation system materials, wire harness design related work, and other project related support<\/li>\n
    • Supports the creation of new product documentation by creating OMS for NPI\/CIP builds<\/li>\n
    • Design or revise electrical engineering assemblies, layouts\/schematics, and detailed drawings\/specifications to an appropriate extent with general and minimal supervision.<\/li>\n
    • Investigating and implementing engineering document changes by ensuring compliance with standard procedures \/ Escalation support for various tools (troubleshooting errors occurring in electrical modules\/tools and providing solutions for those errors at the earliest)<\/li>\n
    • BoM and Engineering Change Management<\/li>\n
    • Design\/modify electrical equipment for manufacturing and assembly of electrical components and develop manufacturing processes with operator input<\/li>\n
    • Design electrical test methods and test finished product\/system performance to ensure product quality<\/li>\n
    • Research customer requirements, research and test manufacturing and assembly methods and materials, and develop electrical products.<\/li>\n
    • Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends to produce product reports<\/li>\n
    • Answering questions and requests and providing engineering information<\/li>\n
    • Maintain product and company reputation in compliance with federal and state regulations<\/li>\n
    • Create and enter computer programs for maintaining product databases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
