Key Duties & Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Functional Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Core Expertise:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Manage, configure, and support the SAP Commissions module, ensuring smooth operation of commission plans, hierarchies, and payout processes.<\/li>\n
  2. Operate and monitor IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) v12 integrations related to SAP Commissions data flows.<\/li>\n
  3. Support IBM DataPower operations, including configuration, policy management, and API gateway monitoring.<\/li>\n
  4. Trace and troubleshoot REST and SOAP API calls between SAP Commissions, CRM, ERP, and other systems.<\/li>\n
  5. Perform data analysis, extraction, and troubleshooting using Oracle SQL to validate and reconcile commission data.<\/li>\n
  6. Manage data load jobs, interfaces, and error-handling for upstream and downstream integrations.<\/li>\n
  7. Support UAT and production deployments, ensuring integrity of commission calculations and data accuracy.<\/li>\n
  8. Maintain technical documentation including data flow diagrams, interface details, and configuration guides.<\/li>\n
  9. Participate in performance tuning, incident resolution, and continuous process improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.<\/li>\n
    2. 6+ years of experience with SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud \/ SAP ICM) in configuration, operations, or support roles.<\/li>\n
    3. Strong operational knowledge of IBM App Connect Enterprise v12 and IBM DataPower Gateway.<\/li>\n
    4. Ability to trace, debug, and analyze REST and SOAP API traffic for troubleshooting data and integration issues.<\/li>\n
    5. Proficiency in Oracle SQL for data validation, debugging, and reporting.<\/li>\n
    6. Good understanding of sales incentive management, commission processing, and payout workflows.<\/li>\n
    7. Experience with data integration between SAP Commissions and ERP\/CRM systems (e.g., SAP S\/4HANA, Salesforce, or legacy systems).<\/li>\n
    8. Familiarity with incident and change management processes (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
