The role focuses on sourcing high-quality leads, managing end-to-end loan journeys on fintech platforms, and delivering a seamless, technology-driven customer experience. The incumbent will work closely with internal credit, operations, product, and tech teams to ensure fast turnaround times and high conversion ratios.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\"><strong>Sales &amp; Digital Business Development:\u00a0<\/strong>Source and close Personal Loan and Business Loan opportunities through fintech platforms, digital leads, tele-sales, and field sourcing.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\">Drive conversions from app-based, website, and marketplace leads.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\">Onboard and manage DSAs, channel partners, fintech aggregators, and referral partners.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\">Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly PL\/BL disbursement and login targets.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\">Conduct customer and partner meetings to build a strong local presence in assigned geography.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\"><strong>Customer Experience &amp; Relationship Management:\u00a0<\/strong>Own the complete customer journey from lead generation to loan disbursement on fintech systems.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\">Provide real-time assistance to customers for digital onboarding, e-KYC, and documentation uploads.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\">Educate customers on fintech-enabled loan products, pricing, tenure options, and digital repayment mechanisms.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\">Ensure quick resolution of customer queries through CRM tools and support platforms.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\"><strong>Loan Process &amp; Platform Management:\u00a0<\/strong>Assist customers with online loan applications, e-signing, and digital documentation.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\">Coordinate with credit, risk, and underwriting teams to ensure faster approvals and minimal TAT.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\">Track applications using CRM, LMS, and internal dashboards.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\">Ensure smooth and timely disbursement through digital and banking integrations.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\"><strong>Market &amp; Product Intelligence<\/strong>Monitor fintech market trends, competitor offerings, interest rates, and customer behavior.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\">Share on-ground feedback with product, tech, and marketing teams to improve journey and conversion.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\">Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities using customer data insights.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\"><strong>Compliance, Risk &amp; Documentation:\u00a0<\/strong>Ensure adherence to fintech-specific KYC, AML, and digital compliance standards.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\">Maintain accuracy and completeness of digital documentation as per regulatory and internal policies.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\">Support audits and internal checks related to loan sourcing and documentation.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\" data-list=\"bullet\"><strong>Reporting, Analytics &amp;
