Role- Resident Engineer-Workspace<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibility & Accountability<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Resident Engineer shall be responsible and accountable for, but not limited to, the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Provide onsite and remote Level 3 technical support for Omnissa Workspace ONE during day-to-day operations and project implementation activities (if any).<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Manage and support Workspace ONE components including UEM, Access, and related integrations within TNB\u2019s environment.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Perform proactive system monitoring, periodic health checks, and preventive maintenance to ensure system stability.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents related to device enrollment, application deployment, access authentication, and compliance policies.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Coordinate with Omnissa principal or authorized support to expedite resolution of complex or critical issues.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Support planned and unplanned works including upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and emergency recovery activities.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Maintain operational documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and technical runbooks.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Maintain a log book containing records of daily activities, inspections, meetings, incidents, and changes, to be endorsed monthly by the appointed TNB Manager.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Provide continuous knowledge transfer, mentoring, and technical guidance to TNB technical teams<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Functional\/Technical Competency<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Strong hands-on expertise in Workspace ONE UEM administration and troubleshooting.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Knowledge of identity and access integration such as Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and SSO.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Understanding of certificate-based authentication, device compliance, and security policy enforcement.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Familiarity with networking concepts related to VPN, proxy, and endpoint connectivity.<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Experience with Workspace ONE upgrade, patching, backup, and recovery procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Ability to conduct root cause analysis and recommend long-term corrective actions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Education & Experience Requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Omnissa Workspace ONE or VMware Workspace ONE.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Experience supporting enterprise-scale endpoint management environments.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Relevant certification such as Omnissa Workspace ONE Professional or equivalent VMware certification is preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Strong expertise in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Omnissa Workspace ONE<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.<\/span><\/li>\n
      7.
