The Account Executive Reports to the VP of Sales and collaborates with Directors of Staffing and peers on overall sales strategies and execution. The Account Executive is responsible for knowing all comnpany offerings and applying them appropriately to each customer. Offerings include: Nursing, Allied, Locums, Revenue Cycle, MSP, and Technology solutions. The Account Executive also keeps up with industry trends and provides data and real time reporting to current and prospective customers. The Account Executive will be responsible for opening positions and engaging acute fulfillment recruiters on req fills and service delivery.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Drives weekly sales activity and hits associated metrics, and is accountable to results on goals set by applicable leadership<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Develops direct sales pursuit plans and targets approved accounts behind that plan<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Responsible for contract creation and manages the contractual process through full execution and client activation<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Partners with the Operations and Recruitment teams through teaching, coaching and directing the national recruitment team members<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Works hand-in-hand with other members of the department after contract has been established, maintaining and overseeing working client relationships<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Markets to Directors, Managers, CFOs, Human Resources, procurement, or to any other end user who could use our offerings in the acute and ambulatory settings of hospitals<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Builds and maintains strong relationships with these and other healthcare industry professionals<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Consults internal and external clients on the benefits of outsourced acute staff<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Generates new sales\/contract leads<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Sells to national or regional companies by performing a high volume of outbound calls, utilizing multi-touch marketing campaign(s), etc.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Consistently models the company\u2019s philosophy of customer service and compliance<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Performs other duties as assigned\/necessary<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Minimum Requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Bachelor\u2019s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience required<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Three (3) years of sales experienced required<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Must be highly motivated and self-directed<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Strong organizational skills required<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Ability to effectively elicit\/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills;
