Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Please list the most important and relevant responsibilities<\/p>\n

? Product \u2013 component\/Parts Assembly drafting & designing (CAD Models), Tolerance stack up detailed 2D Drawings, Manufacturing Specifications, and assembly documentation for Mechanical design solutions.<\/p>\n

? Required calculations for Mechanical design of parts and assemblies.<\/p>\n

? Validation of design of new products or product enhancements by completing various analysis such as DFMEA & Design for manufacturing \/ Assembly studies<\/p>\n

? Work with Electromagnetic, structural EFA and thermal CFD teams to ensure all virtual testings to meet requirements<\/p>\n

? Mechanical Design of parts & assemblies of Electric EV motors considering structural \/ thermal aspect.<\/p>\n

? Design of suitable transmission systems such as belt drives, planetary gear box & gear boxes required for reduction of speed as per application torque and speed requirement at both system and component level. ? Willing to perform basic structural\/ Thermal analysis of Electric motors and Gear Box.<\/p>\n

? Performing Benchmarking of various motors (BLDC\/ PMSM\/ Axial flux & induction)<\/p>\n

? Necessary document preparation such as design reports, FMEA, Bill of Material, Change Notice etc ? BOM Making in SAP\/PLM\/ WIndchill<\/p>\n

. Education & Professional Qualification\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

? <\/span>BE Mechanical\/ Production,\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

? <\/span>Min 5 Years to 8 Years of experience in Electric motor industry for mechanical Design & Development\u00a0 activities (Preferred EV Application Motors & Drive train)\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Knowledge\/ Experience\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

? Excellent knowledge & Experience various CAD tools \u2013 AutoCAD, Creo-Parametric, ProE, Ansys\u00a0 ? 2D drawings, 3D modelling using various CAD tools\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

? Understanding\/ Application of Geometric dimensioning and Tolerancing ASMEY 14.5\u00a0 ? Fundamental understanding of structural\/ Durability, fluid flow & thermal simulation methods\u00a0 ? Good understanding of various motor technologies (Induction, BLDC, PMSM, Axial flux, SRM)\u00a0 ? Experience in CFD analysis at Motor\/ Vehicle level for cooling requirements\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

? Proven experience in drive train design such as belt drives, planetary gear box & gear boxes required for\u00a0 <\/span>reduction of speed as per application torque and speed requirement.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

? Knowledge of SAP\/PLM system\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

? Product & material life cycle of design & process, Change management process knowledge\u00a0 ? Motor standards, Automotive standards & various motor validation tests.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

? Sound knowledge of various part & motor manufacturing processes\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

? Prior experience in electric scooter or electric vehicle Drive train development will be an added\u00a0 advantage.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n
