Education & Professional Qualification –<\/span><\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s degree in Electronics \/ E&TC engineering or a related field.<\/span><\/p>\n

2 – 4 Years of design experience in Power Electronics and EV industry<\/span><\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n

Knowledge and Experience –<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Design and development of DC?DC converters, OBC systems, gate?driver circuits, protection and sensing circuits.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Perform testing, validation, and benchmarking of hardware at board, subsystem, and system levels.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Execute electrical, thermal, functional, and endurance validation as part of DVP.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Support power?stage bring?up, debugging, EMI\/EMC pre?compliance, and root?cause analysis.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Collaborate with firmware, validation, and manufacturing teams for feature validation and production readiness.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Support PCB design reviews, component selection, and design improvements.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Core Technical Skills:<\/span><\/p>\n
    \n
  • Strong understanding of Power Electronics topologies and components.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Hands?on experience with oscilloscopes, power analyzers, electronic loads, LCR meters, and other lab equipment.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Experience with LTspice, MATLAB\/Simulink, PSIM, and PCB tools like Altium\/Eagle.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Experience in benchmarking hardware, analyzing performance, and validating protection behavior.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of EMI\/EMC, DFMEA, and robust PCB layout practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Soft Skills:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Strong team player with good communication and documentation skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proactive problem?solver with ownership mindset.<\/span><\/li>\n
