Job Description<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Review cryptographic findings in many code repositories across many coding languages.<\/li>\n
  2. Categorize the correctness of the classical and quantum severities based on a defined rubric.<\/li>\n
  3. Analyze complex code bases, build patterns, testing suites, and judge how well the Threat Point grouping and remediation systems perform based on statistical analysis and manual checks.<\/li>\n
  4. Suggest improvements to code remediation in the statistical outliers and other findings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Must Have Skills<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Academic and applied knowledge of classical cryptography.<\/li>\n
    2. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for correctness and quality.<\/li>\n
    3. Solid programming experience – able to read and critique code deeply in various languages – both compiled and interpreted.<\/li>\n
    4. Highly organized and self-directed.<\/li>\n
    5. Enjoys experimenting with new technologies and validating innovative approaches.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Nice to Have Skills<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Familiarity with quantum-resistant and post-quantum cryptography concepts.<\/li>\n
      2. Experience with competing repository scanning and remediation applications.<\/li>\n
      3. Experience with LLM and agentic software engineering flows.<\/li>\n
      4. Experience writing Semgrep or Opengrep rules.<\/li>\n
      5. SurrealDB experience.<\/li>\n
      6. Understanding of database and file or filesystem re-encryption.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
