Max Age<\/u><\/strong>: Upto 32<\/p>\n

Interview Process<\/u><\/strong>: F2F<\/p>\n

CIBIL<\/u><\/strong>: Above 650 and no over dues<\/p>\n

Desired Candidate Profile:<\/p>\n

– Sales Manager responsibilities include generating business in Solar Finance and managing Collections for allocated customers.<\/p>\n

– Setting up the distribution network for Solar loans.<\/p>\n

– Relationship Management: Establishing strong connections with CAs & Connectors to drive leads and business.<\/p>\n

– Demonstrating good selling skills.<\/p>\n

– Managing collections alongside sales.<\/p>\n

– Basic understanding of Financials to offer suitable products<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

1. Should have experience in Solar, HL, BL, PL Loans<\/p>\n

2. ?Only Direct Sales exp required, not from DSA<\/p>\n

3. ?Knowledge ofthe product and the local area for direct sourcing of files<\/p>\n

4. ?Only large ticket files<\/p>\n

5. ?Local candidate preferred.<\/p>\n
