The incumbent will manage the <\/span><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\" data-teams=\"true\">end-to-end sales cycle<\/span><\/strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\" data-teams=\"true\">, working closely with cross-functional teams to support sustained growth in the region.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\" data-teams=\"true\">Roles and Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\" data-teams=\"true\">Enterprise Sales &amp; Revenue Growth<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\" data-teams=\"true\">Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across the US\/North America market.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\" data-teams=\"true\">Own complete enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\" data-teams=\"true\">Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders across IT, Finance, Operations, Digital, and Transformation teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\" data-teams=\"true\">Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales targets.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\" data-teams=\"true\">Solution Selling &amp; Client Engagement<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\" data-teams=\"true\">Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes and pain points.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\" data-teams=\"true\">Position our cloud, ERP, e-commerce, and BPO solutions as business transformation enablers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\" data-teams=\"true\">Lead solution demonstrations in collaboration with pre-sales and product teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\" data-teams=\"true\">Develop proposals, business cases, and ROI-driven value narratives.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\" data-teams=\"true\">Pipeline &amp;
