Job role- Senior Business Process Analyst \u2013 D365 BA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Experience :<\/strong>\u00a06+ Years<\/p>\n

Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Bangalore BHARTIYA CITY (BCIT)- relocation can be considered<\/p>\n

Work Mode:<\/strong>\u00a0Hybrid ( 3 days need to be in office)<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Work with Dynamics 365 and Power Apps to analyze, design, and implement business solutions<\/li>\n
  2. Manage Hyper Care incident processes, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues<\/li>\n
  3. Coordinate between developers, testers, and product owners throughout the project lifecycle<\/li>\n
  4. Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications<\/li>\n
  5. Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business processes<\/li>\n
  6. Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows and user stories<\/li>\n
  7. Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing<\/li>\n
  8. Provide training and support to end-users on new features and processes<\/li>\n
  9. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements<\/li>\n
  10. Stay updated on Dynamics 365 and Power Apps capabilities and best practices<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps<\/li>\n
    2. Experience in Hyper Care incident management<\/li>\n
    3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
    4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
    5. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities<\/li>\n
    6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies<\/li>\n
    7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant)<\/li>\n
      2. Experience in change management and process improvement<\/li>\n
      3. Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools<\/li>\n
      4. Experience in Sales and Field Service modules.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
